Are you familiar with the new mandate requiring certain corporations to electronically file tax returns? Of not, we can help. Corporations with assets under $10 million must use an Authorized e-file Provider to file their corporate tax return electronically. However, corporations with assets of $10 million or more may either use an Authorized e-file Provider or electronically file their own income tax return. Is your tax preparer an Authorized e-file Provider? Do you know what steps to take to become compliant?

Electronic Payments
Corporations may also benefit from our services by participating in the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) program and making all federal tax deposits/payments electronically. The added security of electronic payments insures the correct amount of tax is paid, the payment is confirmed and an electronic history of the payment is maintained when using the online system.
