Electronic Filing and Payments Solutions, Inc. is a full-service consulting group specializing in the areas of electronic filing of federal/state tax returns, the electronic payment of federal taxes and “e-services” as offered by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Principal and owner, Albert Walker, is a former IRS Tax Specialist with extensive expertise and experience in the areas of electronic filing and payments. As a Tax Specialist, Albert was responsible for speaking at a variety of seminars/workshops for tax professionals and small business owners on the subjects of electronic filing and electronic payments. Some of these organizations include the Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE), the Small Business Administration (SBA), local chapters of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the state CPA Association. Other relevant experience includes serving as an Electronic Filing Technician that answered e-file and tax preparation related questions, trained over 100 IRS employees, managers and volunteers to support the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program for the states of Virginia and West Virginia. Further, Albert has written two training manuals. One on IRS e-file procedures for Electronic Return Originators and the other for e-file support personnel.
